HelioRoast’s first Yemeni cultivar is chocolate-forward, both in its aroma and its taste profile. Its bittersweet notes are balanced by a molasses sweetness, but expect the aftertaste to tingle with dark chocolate, roasted cacao, and faint notes of anise and apricot. With its creamy body it makes one of our very best espressos.
